Camming With Other Cam Models

A good way to earn some extra money is by doing shows with other cam models! Guys love it when two of their favorite cam models get together to do shows. So not only is it a treat for your fans, but it’s a treat for you too because you get to play with another sexy girl on cam all day! 😉 Not only can you do live cam shows together, but you can also shoot content to sell later on. But it’s not all fun and games. There are certain things that you need to establish with each other beforehand.

If you’re doing live cam shows together, you have to make sure all of the legal stuff is in place beforehand. If you cam on different sites, make sure you both register on both sites and get approved before meeting up. This will prevent any delays in your shows. You’ll also need to decide which account you want to perform on. You can do all of your shows on one account and split the money afterwards, take turns switching between each other’s account, or even keep both of your rooms open and keep whatever your fans tip you in your own room.

The second and third ways that I just mentioned are pretty straight forward, but you have to be careful if you’re doing all of the shows on one account and splitting the money afterwards. First, make sure that you trust the other cam model. You wouldn’t want to do all that work and not get paid for it. Second, you need to remember taxes. Since it will only show as revenue for the girl who’s account you’re performing on, she should keep more of the money for tax purposes. About 30% is fair, and then the remainder should be split 50/50. You also need to establish when you’ll both be getting paid. If you’re camming from another model’s account, will she pay you that same day or wait until the check comes in for your shows? These are all things that need to be discussed beforehand, and it’s best to get it in writing as opposed to over the phone.

If you’re shooting other content besides live shows with a model, you need to agree on some things beforehand as well. Do you both have 100% rights to do whatever you want with the content? Should you both sell it for the same price? Are any sites off limits for selling it on? If the girl you’re working with has geo restrictions in place, she might not want her content sold all over the internet. Geo restrictions come into play when live camming as well. If the girl you’re shooting with has certain areas blocked, you should block those areas as well while the two of you are camming together.

Make sure you protect yourself. You’ll need to get a copy of the other model’s photo ID and a signed 2257 form. These should be exchanged before shooting content together. If you haven’t worked with the model before or if you don’t know her that well, a confidentiality agreement isn’t a bad idea either. This will prevent her from sharing any of your personal information online. You should also both get tested for STDs, depending on the type of content you’re shooting. There’s no need to feel weird or uncomfortable asking for all of this. Any smart model understands that it’s important to protect themselves and cover all bases.

Even if you don’t live in an area with a lot of other cam models, there’s plenty of ways to meet them. Social media is probably the easiest way. If there’s a girl you want to work with, give her a follow and shoot her a DM. Don’t give out too much personal information right away, but maybe mention the state that you live in and see if she’s willing to travel or host you. Conventions are also a great way to meet other cam models. Usually you’ll be staying in a nice hotel, which is the perfect setting for shooting content together. Some conventions even buy out entire hotels for the weekend, so you’re free to run around naked… which gives you even more locations to shoot together!
